The salon is relaxing, warm and welcoming. Everyone is friendly, especially when you first arrive. The salon is spacious and the atmosphere is tranquil. Visiting the Salon At Stevenson was a great experience! Between the atmosphere, staff and the service, I was pleasantly surprised by how professional yet welcoming everyone was. He really knows what he is doing since my low back pain was completely gone after the massage. I also received a facial from the Esthetician that was so relaxing. Julie is amazing and an expert at her craft! I have had so many bad experiences with my hair in the past couple years that I had been afraid to fix the damage that had been done. Julie took time out to show me the steps of the process she would take to get my hair back to the natural color and made time for an appointment with me right away. Her attention to detail and customer service are hard to find; she made me feel at ease...and we all know how hard it is to find a hairdresser to do that! The salon has a very cheery-warm feeling and the staff is very friendly. The salon is professionally run and very spacious. I have known Jamie almost 10 years and have been a client for 9 years. This was my first experience at the Salon At Stevenson and this is the best salon I've ever visited. The massage was incredible! I filled out a short questionnaire and Chris tailored everything to my specific needs. He also gave me ideas to use at home to help me relax.
